What is 15 day replacement guarantee? What should I do, if I receive a defective product?


Mrigangi provides 15 days replacement guarantee for every product sold. You need to notify us within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product about the defect in product.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons Naths(Nose Pin) and Toe Rings are not returnable.



Follow the below procedure and we will either refund your amount or send you a replacement product.


For replacement of defective item, contact our customer care via email [email protected] or phone at +917701904889. It usually takes 24 hrs for our team to revert on your return request. Our team will arrange pickup of the product and after verification, we will ship you replacement product or refund the purchase amount of the product. For the successful credit of refund, preserve the product in its original condition with tags intact. If pickup in your area is not possible then we will reimburse you the applicable shipping cost for shipping the product back to us.

Following products will not be eligible for replacement under 15 day replacement guarantee.


Jewellery with physical damage to box or to product.
Jewellery not in original condition
Jewellery that is returned without original packaging, accessories or freebies including the box and all other items which was part of delivery.
Jewellery that has been used.


How do I cancel my order?


Cancellation before product has been shipped.

We will refund the entire amount if you cancel the order before it has been shipped.

Cancellation after product has been shipped.

If jewellery has been shipped then it will be eligible for replacement, if it is of incorrect size or defective. See 15-Day Replacement Guarantee for further details.


How do I return or exchange a product?


In order to initiate a return or exchange, email us at [email protected] or call at +917701904889 mentioning your order number. Our Customer Care will help you with the process.

For returning or exchanging a product

Our team will arrange pickup of the product.

All tags should be intact and product should be in original condition and should not be tampered. This helps us save time and serve you better.

Once received, product will go through a quality check necessary for issuing your refund amount.
Return and Exchange requests related to one order number must be done in one go to avoid complications.
Exchange will be done for swapping of sizes of the same product only.
Any shipping or COD charges paid by you will not be refunded.
No return or refund will be processed, if you fail to abide by the standard procedure defined by us. For example, shipping of any product without informing us is not our liability.


How will I be refunded for the return?


On successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned products. Refunded amount for the payments made online through credit card, debit card, wallets or net banking will be credited back to your bank account through NEFT. Otherwise a coupon code valid for 3 months will be provided for the refunded amount which can be used on our website in subsequent purchases or amount can be credited to your bank account through NEFT.
